Here are an overview of this module:
- Auto-fetch email content for ticket creation and response.
- Unlimited department: a useful way for you to bring more convenient to your clients when posting their problems. This is also helpful for you to speed up your response.
- Auto-close ticket: You can configure time for inactivity ticket to be closed automatically. There are 2 warning emails for customers before tickets are closed.
- Knowledge base feature is integrated. You can help customers find the answer before submitting question. That's always a good idea and now available for the module.
