How to enable template path hint for Magento backend

Almost developer knows how to enable template path hint for Magento frontend. It is a feature supported by Magento and you can easily turn on / off in Magento backend. But using template path hint in backend is not popular.

Today, I had to figure out a problem in backend and luckily, I found a way to turn on template path hint for Magento backend. Thank to my friend, David, who shared this tip for me. Here is how I did.

To enable template path hint for backend, you just need to add the following code in <config></config> tag in any module of your Magento store.

<template_hints>1</template_hints>
<template_hints_blocks>1</template_hints_blocks>
